The birds cover a wide area from the Shustoke road across the flood valley of the river Blyth to the Coleshill quarry site, so its very much a matter of luck being in the right place. There is a tree roost site but I honestly dont know where that is.Most people park at the end of Gorsey Lane on the Coleshill industrial estate and walk east around the raised bank to the willows the other side of the old quarry to watch the grasslands either side of the river.
